What I Ate: A very simple breakfast of two bacon fat fried eggs over a whole avocado with two strips of bacon on the side.
One of the reasons I eat so much bacon is because I'm cheap. Bacon does double duty: I get to eat awesome bacon, but I also get the rendered fat to use when cooking other things. Win/Win
